What it is
Securely fixed, washable, and reusable! Clear gel insole. For adjusting heel size. (Approx. 3mm) The 3mm cushion prevents your heel from slipping off, making walking easier. Reduces heel friction. For adjusting the size of slightly larger shoes. Transparent type that is hard to notice inside shoes. Can be washed with water and reused.

How to use
How to use: (1) Wipe away any dirt from inside your shoes. (2) Peel off the film and place the insoles inside your shoes. They can be reattached multiple times. (3) If the product becomes dirty or the adhesive strength weakens, wash it with water, let it air dry, and then reattach it. Caution: It may not adhere to fabric or materials with uneven surfaces. When removing the pads, peel them off slowly to avoid damaging the insoles. Do not use if the size does not fit. If you experience any abnormalities in your feet or body while using the insoles, discontinue use. This product is not for medical use. Consult a doctor if you have poor circulation, diabetes, or cuts, eczema, or swelling on the soles of your feet. Store away from direct sunlight and in a place with as little humidity as possible. Keep out of reach of children.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
