(1) Shake well until you hear a clicking sound before use. (2) Apply the color in small dots or lines, let it dry a little, then pat it in with your fingers to blend. This eyeshadow is fun to use and requires a good shake. It's light and smooth to wear. The glitter is beautiful, so even a single color can create a sparkling look. The color is good and lasts well, as it only takes a light application to achieve color.

It was too strong for me. I should have bought French Pink again. I layered it over Cosme Decorte Eye Glow Gem 13.
