What it is
It thoroughly removes even heavy makeup, even when used with wet hands. It thoroughly removes makeup and dirt without dissolving eyelash extension glue, so it can be used even if you have eyelash extensions. The balm melts onto the skin, making it comfortable to use and cleans away heavy makeup and dirt deep within pores. The solid balm melts and crumbles on the skin, mixing with the oil released from within to remove makeup, blackheads, and dead skin cells that have accumulated in pores.

How to use
For nighttime skincare, take an appropriate amount and rub it into your face, applying makeup and dirt in a circular motion. Then rinse with water or lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly 20 to 30 times.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
