What it is

How to use
Twist the cap open and draw the end of your brow. The light application allows you to layer the color to achieve your desired intensity. For areas where you want a softer finish, we recommend using the W Eyebrow Styler (powder). How to replace: With the cap still on, pull the used refill out of the holder. Then insert the product firmly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using this product so much that I can't even count how many I've bought. Since the product was renewed, the puff you apply the powder with is no longer refillable, so I'm trying to decide when to switch...
I like it because it has a sheer look and doesn't feel thin, which is a good thing. My eyebrows are in different positions, but it still looks natural when I draw it on the beginning of my eyebrows.
I do permanent makeup, so I don't draw my eyebrows firmly, but rather just lightly apply this powder, which is just right, so I've been using this for years, even before the product changed. It's easy to use, but (although this may be unavoidable due to the product's format) I think it would be even easier to use if you could see how much is left.
I love the color and have bought it again and again! It's not too black or too brown, so it doesn't stand out against your natural hair, and just adding a lighter powder gives it a soft finish. I love how the liquid allows me to draw my eyebrows beautifully and how it lasts as long as I don't rub it in!
My eyebrows are sparse and pencils and powders don't do anything about it, but this liquid fills in the sparse areas nicely and lasts a long time, so it's very useful. I've tried a few other liquids, but this one is the easiest to use, so I always come back to it. The only drawback is that the ink runs out quickly. I find that the ink is not working properly, so I have to buy a new one every month.
