What it is
Formulated with CICA* and anti-inflammatory ingredients**. Prevents acne and rough skin with this medicated facial soap, CICALM. *Centella asiatica extract (skin conditioning ingredient) **Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (active ingredient). Three plant extracts, including CICA, and four plant-derived moisturizing ingredients leave your skin feeling hydrated and healthy. Committed to natural ingredients, this soap uses plant-derived cleansing ingredients. Free of parabens, mineral oil, alcohol, and tar-based pigments (quasi-drug).

How to use
Soak the soap in lukewarm water and lather to create the desired amount of foam. Gently apply the foam to your face to remove dirt from pores. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water (32-34°C). Dry off with a clean towel and moisturize as soon as possible.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
