Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used to feel that organic cosmetics didn't have much moisturizing power, but I like Chant A Charm because it's moisturizing and has a wonderful scent. It has a natural, herbal scent. This Deep Moisture Lotion moisturizes even mature skin. I use oil from the same manufacturer before using the lotion, and this also has a pleasant scent at the end. I think there are very few Japanese-made products with a strong herbal scent. It's very soothing, so I recommend it.
Now that I've discovered Amritara's lotion, I won't be repurchasing this, but before I discovered Amritara, I repurchased over 10 bottles and loved it, so I'm giving it 7 stars to show my gratitude! It's soft and moisturizing, but absorbs quickly and feels great. It didn't irritate me at all. When it was released in winter, I bought about 6 bottles at once, hoping to use it all year round until the next winter! This price is amazing for what it does, so in terms of price, I wanted to keep using this instead of Amritara.
First of all, I liked the scent. It's moisturizing enough for any season (though even stronger moisturizing may be needed in the dry autumn and winter), so I think it's a lotion that can be used by people of all ages. It was recommended to me at a cosmetics store, so I bought it without thinking, and I'm glad I did. I also recommended it to my mother in her 60s, who also said, "The scent is great!" and enjoyed using it.
It has a lovely scent and just 3 drops is enough to moisturize, making it a winter essential.
I've tried samples of Chant A Charm's lotion before, but this is my first time purchasing it. As the name suggests, it's slightly thick and highly moisturizing. This lotion alone is quite moisturizing. It has a herbal, refreshing, clean scent.
