How to use
After refilling, take an appropriate amount (pump 2-3 times) in your hand and gently wash your face, spreading it over your entire face. Then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I normally use KANEBO's facial cleanser (Scrubbing Mud & Refreshing Creamy), but recently I started using an acne treatment ointment (Epiduo) that caused my skin to become extremely dry and sensitive, so I purchased this to overhaul my skincare routine. In actual use, it seems to cleanse my skin while leaving it with the necessary moisture, and the dryness I feel immediately after bathing seems to be less severe than when I use KANEBO's facial cleanser. I'm grateful that I don't end up in a situation where I need to apply lotion immediately or my skin will feel tight. Because it's fragrance-free and intended for use on the face, the scent of the ingredients is more pronounced than in the brand's additive-free foam hand soap, but since it's just the scent of additive-free soap, I didn't notice any noticeable odor from the ingredients.

It really saves time. After cleansing, I pump three pumps into my palm and gently apply it to my face and neck. The foam is very moist, so it does get a bit runny, but since it's inexpensive, I don't expect too much. The foam is gentle, and my skin feels moisturized after washing.
