I like how it's simple and not too bulky in size or thickness. However, I assumed the puff came with the case, so I forgot to buy the puff. What a big mistake! I really wish the puff and case were sold as a set.

Because it's thick, I think it would be difficult to carry in a small pouch. This compact has the powder on top (in contact with the mirror) and the puff on the bottom, but I thought it might be better if it was the other way around so the mirror wouldn't get dirty... but I've only just started using it, so I'm hoping to find it works as it is.

It's a powder that doesn't have much color, and I think it's specialized for controlling shine and stickiness. It doesn't have much coverage, so you might need to use a different method for pores at the base makeup stage. Another great feature is that it's zinc oxide-free, so it doesn't clog pores. It's compact and thin, so it's easy to carry around, and I also like the stylish look that's typical of Shu Uemura. I haven't used it in the summer yet, but if it works, I'd like to buy it again!
