Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had really good shampoo and conditioner from this manufacturer, so I had high hopes for the conditioner, and it was excellent! It was smooth and silky to the touch, and a really good product!
Hair type: Long, soft, thick, colored. Refreshing grapefruit scent. It's a little strong, but the scent doesn't remain after drying. Three pumps will prevent frizz, but other moisturizing oils will do the same, so I'm not sure if I'll buy it again since it's expensive.
I won this product from suzykirei. The fresh grapefruit scent is very soothing. After towel drying, I use Steven Knoll's Color Keep Spray and then this product. It's smooth and shiny. It's smooth and shiny even when I wake up in the morning. All of La Sana's products are good, but I really recommend this one because it has a great scent.
