What it is
This cleanser has been revamped for mature skin, where both moisture and sebum are rapidly decreasing! Its gentleness remains unchanged, but now it blends in even better and feels more comfortable. This milk-type cleanser is designed for sensitive skin, gently and thoroughly removing makeup. Formulated with peptides, it lifts and removes dead skin cells, naturally conditioning the skin. Yuzu fruit extract provides moisture for a supple, cleansing finish.

How to use
With dry hands and face, take an appropriate amount (5 pumps) and gently rub it all over your face to blend in with your makeup. Then rinse with water or lukewarm water. We recommend using water that is 32 degrees Celsius.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It has a wonderful scent and the texture is just the right amount of soft. However, because it's a milk cleanser, those who wear heavy makeup may find it difficult to remove. However, if you wear light makeup, this is a recommended product.
As other reviewers have said, it seems best to use a point remover to remove heavy makeup, especially around the eyes, before using this product. Other than that, it's a milk type, so it gently washes away makeup. I like the citrus scent, so this was great for me.
It has no scent or irritation, and leaves no unpleasant sticky feeling, and it thoroughly removes makeup. Rinse with lukewarm water to leave skin feeling moisturized. I've used other companies' milk cleansers, and while they're gentle on the skin, they don't seem to remove as much, but this product thoroughly removes dirt, even from open pores. I used it in combination with the Base Up Soap, and the soap seems to thoroughly cleanse the skin, leaving no residue, which seems to allow ingredients like lotion to penetrate properly. The pump seems easy to use, but I'm not sure how to take it with me on the go. They should sell a small travel bottle. I'm starting to think I might buy the actual product and try it for about a month.
