How to use
After shampooing and conditioning, lightly drain the water and apply an appropriate amount (about two grape-sized grapes for medium-length hair) to the entire hair, focusing on the ends, then rinse thoroughly. Even if you rinse immediately, you can still achieve thorough care. Daily use is recommended.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have thick, hard hair and I straighten it. I buy shampoo and treatment at the salon and it moisturizes my hair just as well. I've used it for three days in a row and it doesn't dry out my hair or build up too much, so it feels good. I'd like to use it in combination with an expensive treatment to save money.

I thought it was unusual to use a treatment every day, so I bought it to try it out. The texture was a thick cream that spread well and was easy to use. The scent was just right and not too strong, so it was relaxing. I'm looking forward to continuing to use it.
I used to use Lux's previous treatment, so I switched to this renewed one. It leaves my hair moisturized the next morning, which is great. I'm not using any coloring treatments that would cause pain, so this is enough for me. When I bleach my hair, I'll try using the repair type as well. However, I chose Lux because of the simplicity of the packaging, so I was a little disappointed with the "melty." text at the top.
