How To Use

Once or twice a week, after your morning or evening bath, apply a commercially available massage cream and massage with the gua sha body plate. *Before use, touch the entire plate with your fingertips to check that there are no protrusions or chips. Start with one leg, then do the same with the other leg. (Usage guideline: Aim for a slight redness of the skin after 10 minutes or less per day.)
