What it is
LIHAW's original herbal essence, containing four types of CICA extract*2 in five times the amount of lotion*1, prevents skin irritation caused by mask friction. It contains three vitamin C derivatives*3 (antioxidants in the product), AHA-containing ingredients, and moisturizing ingredients propolis extract and honey for bright, smooth, and clear skin*4. The popular herbal scent from the LIHAW series is blended with bergamot and orange for a subtly sweet and comforting fragrance made from 100% natural essential oils. It's skin-friendly with 9 free*5 ingredients and a low-irritation formula containing 94% naturally derived ingredients. How to use
1. Use after washing your face and preparing your skin with lotion, etc. 2. Fit the mask to your eyes and mouth. 3. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes, then remove it. 4. Gently pat any remaining serum into your skin with your palms. [Precautions for Use] Use with caution and pay close attention to any skin abnormalities. Discontinue use if you have any skin abnormalities or if the product does not suit your skin. If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.), or darkening of the skin during or after use, or if your skin is exposed to direct sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water. Store in a cool, dry place away from extremely high or low temperatures and direct sunlight. Use as soon as possible after opening. Avoid prolonged use and do not sleep with the mask on. For hygiene reasons, do not reuse a mask that has been used once. Also, do not return a mask that has been removed from the bag back into the bag. Masks are not water-soluble, so do not flush them down the toilet. After use, close the zipper tightly and store with the zipper facing upwards.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
