How to use
When you want to thoroughly remove makeup and dirt, take an appropriate amount in your hand and massage it directly onto wet skin in circular motions, then rinse off. When double cleansing or washing your face in the morning, take an appropriate amount in your hand, add water, lightly lather, massage, and rinse off.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use this with my elementary school daughter, who is concerned about her pores. Rubbing too hard can strain and damage the skin. However, it leaves the skin feeling refreshed and smooth after washing. The makeup remover doesn't remove eye makeup.
It's a 3-in-1 product: makeup remover, face wash, and exfoliating!? If it's true, it's too convenient! So I bought it at a drugstore for my weekend bathing trip to a day spa. I've been using my favorite Muji foaming net for years, and with just one or two beans, it created a thick, incredibly dense, compressed foam. It almost suffocates my pores, so I want it to absorb all the dirt. The foaming net makes the scrubbing less noticeable, so it feels gentle on the skin. I mainly only use it on weekends, so I'm not sure about the effectiveness, but it feels great to use. (^^) I'd like to buy it again, but I'm also curious about MatsuKiyo's private brand face wash. (^^;)
I'm not sure. How does it compare to the green wash cleanser?
Sometimes I feel like scrubbing my face! It has a refreshing feeling like a men's face wash, and it thoroughly removes the makeup I sometimes want and pores, which is great. This size is hard to find, so it's great.
What's great about this is that it's perfect for people with oily skin. It only costs about 1,000 yen. It gives me the refreshing feeling I've been looking for. But if you have dry skin, it might be a problem, so be careful!
