I use it to blend liquid liner. It's just the right size and easy to use without any irritation. I'm hooked on Chacott brushes and my collection just keeps growing...
I was using a similar brush from Daiso (probably Your Gram), but thinking about it, this brush was hard and hurt my eyes... I realized that, so I bought this one. It's very soft, but the brush wasn't thin enough for me, who likes to apply a thin line of dark eyeshadow under my eyes. The Daiso brush looks thicker from above, but the tip of the brush is stepped, so I feel like I can draw thin lines with just the tip of the brush. The Chacott brush is more like a flat brush, so the whole tip hits the surface and I can't draw such thin lines. I use it in a creative way because I can draw thin lines by mixing cream eyeshadow with the dark eyeshadow. In the end, this works fine.
It wasn't as thick as I expected. It's firm, but not too firm, and has a slight flexibility. It might be good for applying a thin line like eyeliner using shadow for natural makeup. I couldn't smudge the lines I drew with Canmake's Creamy Touch Liner very well. The bristles are hard all the way to the tip, so sometimes the lines I drew get scratched. It's probably best to adjust the amount of pressure you apply. The brush itself isn't bad, but it will probably take some time to get the hang of it. Added: I've raised the rating! Once I got the hang of it, I was able to smudge the lines with Canmake's Creamy Touch Liner and other gel pencils without scratching them! However, there are still days when I can't smudge them properly, so I'll keep trying to get the hang of using it.
The slightly hard texture makes it perfect for applying liner to the lower eyelid. It's easy to use.
I use it to draw lines around the edges of my eyes. It's hard and I can draw exactly where I want.
