Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this while looking for a gray eyebrow product. Chacott has a strong image of ballet and stage makeup, so I was worried it might be too dark, but even in autumn and winter, when the heating is on and I sweat, I was attracted to the fact that it's resistant to sweat and sebum and doesn't smudge. In fact, it's not too dark, and the color payoff is good. My eyebrows are thick in other areas, but thin at the beginning, so being able to draw them in a moderately dark color is great and saves time! *I haven't tested whether it will hold up well in the sweltering heat of summer.
I expected it to be a darker shade, but it's just the right shade of gray and is easy to use. It's also great that you can apply it with light pressure. It's a pain to have to scrape it off, but it feels good to use.
I've bought this pencil many times. I love how soft the lead is and how easy it is to apply. The dark brown color always gives a natural finish, so it's a pen I can't live without.
I like the pencil because it's easy to use and lasts a long time. I'm happy that the Chacott pencil doesn't come off easily.
