What it is
This pencil eyebrow pencil allows you to draw freely by simply changing the angle. The naginata core allows you to easily draw thick to thin lines by simply changing the surface of the pencil, without any technique. The smooth line ingredient. *. allows you to draw lightly down to each individual hair. The back of the pencil has a screw brush, which is very useful for smoothing the flow of hair, blending the color, and blurring the lines. With just this one pencil, you can create fluffy eyebrows with a high level of perfection. Light brown: A light and soft color that goes well with lighter hair colors. How to use
Use the thick side of the liner to apply a soft coat of color to the hair at the beginning of your eyebrows, and use the tip of the liner to fill in the hairless areas from the arch to the end of your eyebrows. Finish by combing the hairs with the included screw brush.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
