Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used to use scrubs to exfoliate my skin, but I stopped using them after I ran out of them and heard they were harsh on the skin, so I stopped using them and my breakouts skyrocketed. Just when I finally managed to calm them down, I randomly tried this sample and liked the refreshing feeling it left on my skin and the soothing scent, so I bought it. I don't use it every day, but once every two or three days. It's a large size and produces a strong lather, so I'm going to give it a try for a while.
This is a fairly large-capacity face wash. It doesn't lather well unless you dispense a generous amount, so even though it's a large-capacity product, I'd say the cost performance is average. It's hard to create a fluffy lather using a facial cleansing net. The lather is sticky, so even a small amount can be used to wash without irritating the skin, but I wish the lather was thicker. It's refreshing, so maybe it makes my skin feel a little tight? But it leaves my skin feeling smooth, so it feels great after washing. Perhaps it's more suitable for summer than winter? It also seems to have some effect on pores. It may also be effective when used in conjunction with Witch Factory's Junk Lotion. I'll use it all up, but I don't think I'll buy it again.

I lathered it up and washed my face, and it felt like my skin became one tone brighter. It was cool and refreshing, and just right for washing my face in the morning. My skin didn't feel tight after washing, and it felt just smooth. I didn't feel like it was improving my pores as much as I'd hoped, so once a week I tried using it as a pack like a scrub without lathering it up. I could really feel the blackheads in my pores getting lighter! I want to keep using it, so I bought a second bottle!
