How to use
Apply an appropriate amount to the entire face, massage gently, then wet your hands with a small amount of water and massage again for about 30 seconds (the oil will turn milky in color during the emulsification process), then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I feel like my skin feels a little dry after washing. Those with dry skin may find it a little tight. It feels like it's removing makeup, but sometimes mascara doesn't come off. I'm surprised I haven't written a review yet, so I'll leave it here as soon as possible. This is an item I buy again and again. The texture is quite heavy, but not too heavy. I like how it feels like it adheres to every corner of my makeup. It has a strong cleansing power, so when I want to thoroughly wash my face, I always choose manyo. The scent isn't particularly strong either. I use about three different cleansers every day, and this is an item I often choose.
It's a slightly thicker oil, so it was easy to use! It even removed waterproof eyeliner. It emulsified quickly and washed away cleanly without leaving any residue, but it didn't leave my skin feeling tight.
It has a heavy texture. It removes foundation well, but it was difficult to remove eyebrow mascara.
