What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm buying HACCI again! It has a luxurious feel and the scent makes me feel happy when I use it. It's also moisturizing and doesn't make my skin feel dry. It's not too expensive, so I'll definitely buy it again!
Hacci is one of my favorite brands and makes me happy, so it's one of the cosmetics I want to keep on hand. I've got a full range of skincare products. I was recommended milk cleanser, but while it's gentle on the skin, I don't like the overly sweet scent. I didn't really notice any cleansing effect, and although I like the brand, I want to prioritize effectiveness when it comes to skincare. I'm interested in the anti-aging effects of honey.

I was in a bind when the cleansing oil I'd been using for years suddenly stopped working for me. I'm so glad I bought this! ＼(^^)／ I love it. The texture is a little on the thick side, but with gentle massage, it blends into my skin and becomes light and fluffy. It cleanses thoroughly and leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing. It's gentle on my skin, and my rough skin has gradually improved. The one negative point is the scent. While I don't dislike it, the honey scent is a bit sweet and heavy for me, as I prefer refreshing aromatic scents. I'm almost finished with my first bottle, so I bought some more at Suzykireishopping.
