Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used the sample several times. The ocean-like scent that is characteristic of Predia is soothing. After using it, my skin felt brighter and plumper. It didn't feel sticky after rinsing, and my skin felt refreshed. I didn't notice much moisturizing effect. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
Among the many Spa Eme products I like, this one is a bit of a mixed bag. I used the pouch sample and then the actual product. As a massage product, it has a slightly loose texture and is easy to spread, but it doesn't have enough grip for your fingers when massaging, so it feels like it puts a bit of strain on the skin. Also, rather than leaving my skin feeling moisturized, it feels like an oily film remains, which makes it seem like the absorption of lotion is slightly reduced, which left me feeling a bit unsure. I wasn't particularly impressed when I used the sample, but I was caught up in a moment of Spa Eme fever and bought it...but it was a bit mixed. As for massage products, Pola's B.A. RED massage cream is currently my best pick.
I used three samples. I've been doing Mieko Ueda's facial massage two or three mornings a week for about four months now. The results are amazing! (See past reviews.) So I was trying this for that purpose. I don't care about ingredients because I wash my face right after the massage, but the facial massage requires a lot of force, so the cream needs to be thick enough... This cream has just the right viscosity and spreads easily, making it perfect for the massages I do. It seems to cause relatively little friction on the skin. I'm considering buying the actual product.
This massage cream is the same pale green as the container. It's soft and has a refreshing texture. I used to massage my cheeks in a circular motion along my cheekbones, using a little pressure, but with this cream, I feel like it's better to use a gentle, circular motion rather than a rough one. When I finished massaging and wiped it off with a tissue, my skin felt soft and every pore felt plump with moisture. I usually feel like I need to wipe it off with a hot towel after a massage, but this has a light texture, so just wiping it off with a tissue is enough. It saves me the trouble of using a hot towel, is easy to use, and leaves my skin smooth. I love that it doesn't leave a sticky, oily film, so I can apply lotion right away.
This massage cream lets you experience the feeling of a spa treatment at home. Predia has a lovely scent that's soothing. It feels like you're getting a spa treatment at a hotel. I massage for about 5 minutes while using the steamer. It contains fine scrubs, but the massage is gentle so it's not too irritating, and the cream itself is thick. After massaging, I feel like I'm covered with a thin veil of moisture. When I lightly wipe it off with a tissue and wash my face, my skin feels firmer, less dull, and brighter. I'd like to incorporate massage into my daily routine to combat melanin.
