Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use the Botanist line. I love all of them. The moist type really moisturizes and softens hair, so I recommend it for people with thick or unmanageable hair. Even if I try other leave-in treatments, I always come back to this one.
Hair type: Normal to curly. If I had to choose between soft and hard, I'd go for the hard side. This is just my opinion, but it didn't seem to suit my hair. It feels moisturizing when I apply it, but after I dry it with a hair dryer, it feels rough and unmoisturized. I always think it will blend in by the next day, but even then, it's still dry and unmanageable. What bothers me the most is flyaway hairs! I don't notice them when I use other leave-in treatments, but when I switch back to this product, flyaway hairs stand up and I notice them. It's a milk product, but it's lighter, so I personally prefer something heavier.

I love the apricot and rose scents I used in the tester and use it regularly. Even if I use it at night, the scent remains softly until the next day, so it's long-lasting and easy to use! I also think the simple design would make a great interior decoration.
I received this as a gift from suzykirei, thank you very much! It has a nice scent and is soothing. My hair feels smooth and nice to the touch. I feel like my stray hairs have calmed down. I'm not sure if I can buy it again considering the price, but I'm glad I found such a great product.
