Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because I was worried about dryness due to age. The amount of product is small, but it's not sticky and feels good. The scent is also nice.

The scent is nice. It's not too strong, but has a light, faint fragrance. But I wonder if the cost performance is a bit low? One pump is small, and it's not the type that stretches very much, so it runs out quickly. My method of use is to apply hair milk, dry my hair, then when it's about 70% dry, apply oil, and dry with cold air. My hair is quite damaged, so perhaps it wasn't moisturizing enough? It's not bad, but is there anything in particular that makes it essential?
