How to use
After washing your face, take a generous amount (slightly larger than a 500 yen coin) onto a cotton pad or your hands and gently blend it into your skin. *We recommend using a cotton pad to ensure it is evenly distributed throughout your skin.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I accidentally bought the old product, so it has a fairly strong alcohol content, but it's thick and very moisturizing, so I use it a lot!
I have repurchased this product many times. It's a high-quality lotion that's easy to buy at a drugstore, yet reasonably priced, so it's one of my favorites.
I've been interested in this for a while, and finally ran out of the one I was using, so I bought it. I like a thick texture for my lotions, so I love the texture! The scent doesn't bother me either. I have very dry skin, but it didn't dry it out. It's not too expensive, and I like that it can be purchased at a drugstore. I'm considering buying it again.
Just a small amount, about the size of a 10-yen coin, will provide ample moisture. It's thick and spreads easily. Even in winter, you can use just this one bottle without having to layer on creams or other products!
It seems to penetrate faster than before! I've been using Elixir before, but this new version is thicker and penetrates the skin faster... I tried using it both with a cotton pad and by hand pressing, and I recommend hand pressing! It left a bouncy finish. The bottle design also seems simpler and more sophisticated. However, it's a little hard to understand which type you're using, so it might be a bit of a hassle to buy a refill, so be careful... But for this feel and price, it's good value, so I'd like to buy it again.
