What it is
The dense, soft foam thoroughly removes even stubborn makeup and dirt deep inside pores in one go. Contains ceramides and amino acids that have excellent moisturizing properties.

How to use
Take an appropriate amount (approximately 2cm) in the palm of your hand, lather well with water or lukewarm water, then wash your face and rinse thoroughly. When removing stubborn makeup, use a larger amount and wash without wetting your face.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It foams well and cleans well. It doesn't feel tight. It's always cheaper, which is a relief.
If you are wearing light makeup, this one bottle is good and convenient. However, if you wear a lot of makeup, you may still need a point makeup cleanser.
It leaves your skin feeling refreshed and clean without making it feel tight. It comes in a generous amount and is reasonably priced, so it's good value for money.
I mainly use it to wash my face before applying makeup. If you use a net, you can easily create a thick foam! I haven't noticed any visible effects on my pores or skin type, but after washing my face, my skin feels soft and supple, and it contains ceramide, so it's good value and I keep buying it again and again. I usually use Nivea's deep cleansing to quickly remove makeup, but when I didn't have Nivea and used Softymo which I had on hand, I worked up a good lather and swirled the lather around, and the lather turned pink, and I realized that my makeup was removed. It even removed WP eyeliner.
It removes makeup well without making your skin feel tight. I'm happy with this product for the price.
