When you press the pump, it comes out as foam. Take an appropriate amount (about 3 pumps) in the palm of your hand, wash your face gently, and then rinse thoroughly. ◇ Be careful not to get water into the container. ◇ Do not press the pump when water is directly on it. ◇ If you shake the container or use it while tilted, it will not foam or you will not be able to press the pump. ◇ Do not store in high or low temperature locations. ◇ At low temperatures, it may become cloudy or precipitate (or floating matter) may appear, but it will return to its original state at room temperature, so there is no problem with the quality. ◇ In rare cases, precipitation may occur at low temperatures, making it difficult to press the pump or causing it to become clogged. In that case, return it to room temperature before using. ◇ When refilling, be sure to use up the contents.
