What it is

How to use
When you press the pump, it will come out as foam. ◇ Take an appropriate amount (about three pumps) in the palm of your hand, gently wash your face, then rinse thoroughly. ◇ Be careful not to get water into the container. ◇ Do not press the pump when water is directly on it. ◇ If the container is shaken or tilted, it will not foam or the pump will become difficult to press. ◇ Do not store in high or low temperature locations. ◇ At low temperatures, it may become cloudy or precipitate (or floating particles) may appear, but this will return to normal at room temperature and does not affect the quality. ◇ In rare cases, precipitate may form at low temperatures, making the pump difficult to press or causing it to clog. In this case, return it to room temperature before use. ◇ When refilling, be sure to use up the contents.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
