How to use
After shampooing, apply an appropriate amount to your hair and rinse. 1.1 Firmly hold the on the spout at the top of the pack and cut along the arrow (in the direction of the arrow) in the order 1⇒2. *Please be careful not to hold the pack too tightly when cutting, as this may cause the liquid to splash. 2. Firmly insert the spout into the mouth of the bottle and slowly squeeze out the contents. Always refill into a used bottle container of Ichikami Nomitsu W Moisture Care Conditioner. Before refilling, thoroughly wash the inside of the bottle and the pump with tap water, dry, and then refill the entire amount in one go. Do not mix with other conditioners or water. After refilling, record the serial number on the bottom of this pack, or cut it out and attach it to the container. (This may be required when making inquiries.)

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
