I personally think this foundation is good, but I wonder if it's not popular? I think it's a powder foundation with the adhesion of a cream. It's not powdery at all, and it adheres perfectly to the skin the moment you apply it. No matter how much you apply it, it doesn't feel thick at all. It has a dewy finish, so I think it makes your skin look brighter. However, it doesn't have much coverage, so I also use concealer to hide blemishes on my cheeks, and I also use a tinted primer. At my age, I've come to prefer a natural-looking finish, even if it shows a few imperfections, rather than the obvious feeling that I've applied a lot of makeup, so I think this is the finish I'm most looking for at the moment. However...it's a bit pricey, and I wish it was a little cheaper.
It combines the lightness of a powder foundation with the adhesion of a liquid foundation, and while powder foundations tend to be powdery, this one doesn't look powdery at all! It doesn't dry out and has good adhesion, so you can use it without a primer, and I like how it has just the right amount of coverage and naturalness!
I bought this last fall and used it until early spring. I took a break, but then summer ended and I was unsure what foundation to use, so I came back to it. It's amazing! I love that it's a powder, yet it creates a thin, liquid-like finish. It's so moisturizing that it feels a little heavy in spring and summer. It's especially recommended for fall and winter! I use a very moisturizing skincare and primer, and this foundation goes on beautifully when applied thinly with a brush. To achieve a thin, liquid finish, you need a sponge, but applying powder with a brush is easier. On days when my skin is a little redder, applying it little by little provides natural coverage. And even layering doesn't make it look thick. It even has a glow. It's powder. It's amazing... I recommend this to anyone looking for a powder foundation that's truly powder-free. I love it so much that I had to write a review, even though I usually just read reviews! I have a lighter skin tone and am concerned about yellowish undertones, so the bright pink shades are a nice plus. I want to use this powder foundation for the rest of my life.
It's been a while since I last used powder foundation, but since it's easy to use and from EST, I was hopeful that it would be suitable for mature skin, so I gave it a try. This new type of powder foundation has the adhesion of a liquid foundation and blends in smoothly without feeling powdery. However, depending on how you apply it initially, it can stick to your pores, so I rub it into my hands and then dab it onto my cheeks. This method doesn't leave a thick layer or get into your pores, and gives a dewy finish! I think it's perfect for people who don't like the dry feel of powder.
This powder foundation from est adheres well to the skin and can be used without a base. When I took it on my finger, it certainly wasn't powdery at all, but had an oil-rich feel like a liquid or cream. I wonder if the photo conveys that. I found it a little difficult to apply to the skin, but the trick to spreading it nicely seems to be not to take off too much foundation! Even though it's a powder, it doesn't feel dry and has a three-dimensional shine, and I also like how it adheres to the skin. I was surprised at how much powder foundations have evolved recently! If you tend to shy away from powder foundations, I would definitely recommend trying this new type of foundation.
