How to use
After towel drying (full drying is also acceptable), spread an appropriate amount onto your palm and apply a thin layer, focusing on damaged areas such as the ends. Be sure to check for any abnormalities on your skin before use. Discontinue use if the product does not suit your skin, i.e., if any of the following occurs. Continued use may worsen symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist. (1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itching, or irritation during use. (2) If the above symptoms occur after exposure to direct sunlight. Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities. If product gets into eyes, rinse immediately. Keep out of reach of children and avoid high or low temperatures, direct sunlight, or other extreme temperatures. Due to the use of natural ingredients, color and scent may vary, but this does not affect product quality.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
