How to use
How to refill into a container 1: Hold the spout firmly and cut in the direction of the arrow. Be careful not to hold the bag too tightly when cutting, as the contents may spill out. 2: Insert the spout into the opening of the container and slowly pour in the contents. Be careful not to press the bag too hard when pouring, as this may cause it to overflow.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even a small amount creates a nice lather and washes nicely! I'm not sure how long the color will last, but I'll keep using it for a while!
I bought this because I heard that it would help keep the color from fading. It does fade a little, but I feel like the color lasts longer than regular shampoo. I'm going to keep using it.
I've been using this shampoo since before the renewal. It's even better quality now. I use Steven Knoll Pro shampoo, but occasionally buy this one. It's definitely better than Shatori, which is in the same price range. I tried a few trial pouches and was shocked by the difference. It must suit me. I think this shampoo is best suited to people who are old enough to dye their gray hair and don't style it too stiffly. Among them, I think it would be better suited to people whose hair isn't too damaged (moderate damage). It lathers smoothly and doesn't tangle, rinses quickly, and the scent is just right. As for the scent, I preferred the old Steven Knoll. I know there are some people who don't like the scent, though.
I have colored hair, so it's rough and dry. I bought this and tried it out, and it reduces the volume of my hair and makes it shiny. I'm glad I found this product.
I use a variety of products, but this is my regular product. It's for coloring, so it's not too heavy and has a nice, soothing scent. I think I'll continue to use it.
