I use the travel-sized conditioner and shampoo. My hair is long, but thin and thick. My biggest problem is tangling. When I used this product, it reduced tangling and made my hair moist and shiny. It had a subtle, pleasant scent, and it lathered up nicely, making it easy to wash with. Overall, I was satisfied with the product, but it's expensive, so I'd like to buy it if I have the chance, so that I won't be tempted by other products when I run out!
I have fairly straight hair, but it's starting to get wavy and dry with age. This shampoo is a perfect fit for my hair type, reducing the frizz and dryness, making it much easier to manage. There are several things I like about this shampoo, including how it keeps my hair manageable and prevents bedhead, and how it softens my hair without losing its bounce and strength. I'd always used Steven Knoll's color-care shampoo. Since I dye my gray hair, I wanted to maximize color retention. However, switching to this moisturizing shampoo didn't really make much of a difference. That's not to say the color-care shampoo lacked sufficient efficacy; it's simply that it lasts far longer than regular commercial shampoos. I got the same benefits from the moisturizing shampoo, so I was relieved and wished I'd switched to this one from the start. The shampoo lathers better and smoother than the color-care shampoo. The foam is dense and rich, enveloping my scalp and hair comfortably without friction, thoroughly cleansing. Rinse is easy, and the foam washes away quickly. A common feature of Steven Knoll conditioners is that they don't have any particular characteristics. They are light and unfrayed in a good way. However, with continued use, the moisture balance in your hair is definitely restored, so it seems to be properly repairing it. All of the scents in this series are the same: an elegant and calming floral. It's not flashy, but has a moist scent. Since switching from the color-care type to this, my hair has become more shiny, which is great. Best of all, it doesn't make my hair fly, so styling in the mornings is easier.
I use this shampoo and conditioner set. The scent and lather are both great! I have sensitive skin and often get itchy if I use a shampoo that doesn't suit me, but this one works without any problems. It's a dry season, but it keeps my skin moisturized, so I'll be buying it again.
It has the same scent as the emulsion and oil. It doesn't lather much, but it leaves your skin feeling smooth and moisturized without any roughness after washing. It's not a refreshing type.
I love Stephen Knoll fragrances.
