How to use
As a guideline, use once or twice a week. After shampooing, lightly drain the excess water, apply an appropriate amount to your entire hair, leave it for 2-3 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. You can also use it daily depending on your hair condition.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My hair feels smooth after using it. It seems to help color last longer, so I'd like to try using it regularly to see if it works.
I think it's good. It's not heavy, but it's effective, so I think it's good.
It came together nicely and moist.
I always use this color shampoo! I also saw the treatment, so I tried it. The scent is just as gorgeous and refreshing as the shampoo, and I think it's a scent that people who know it's a Steven Knoll scent will recognize (lol). However, the color doesn't fade completely, so I personally think that this is the best value for money when protecting your hair while also using the color shampoo.
This may not be an accurate review because I only used the pouch once. I usually use Fino every day, and maybe my hair has gotten used to it, but Fino only feels smooth on the surface, while this feels like it repairs from the inside, and it settled well after blow-drying. It's also soft to the touch. I haven't changed my shampoo or out-of-bath treatment, so I think it's purely the effect of this treatment. I didn't know about the color care effect because I only used it once. The instructions say you can use it twice a week, or every day in some cases, so it doesn't seem like it's meant to be used every day. It might be good to alternate between Fino and this. Lol The scent is a floral scent like essential oil.
