Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received this with my Lancôme points. It's great that you can earn Lancôme points even when purchasing through Suzykirei. It's labeled as waterproof, but after some trial and error, I found that it made my eyelashes look really panda-like. I was able to avoid this by being extremely careful not to get any oil from my skincare products on my eyelashes. It takes some time and effort to be careful with your skincare routine, but if you apply it properly, your eyelashes will look long and voluminous.
I've used mascara from many different brands, but Lancome is by far the best! I've been using it for a long time, and have tried many others, but Lancome is still the most effective. It's easy to apply and doesn't clump. It comes off easily with a makeup remover specifically for mascara. I highly recommend it!
