Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I wanted to buy the balm, but accidentally bought this...I thought I was the only one, but after reading the reviews, I was relieved to see that there were actually a lot of other people who had the same problem lol. My impression after using it was unexpectedly good! The cream is soft and smooth, yet moisturizes from the inside. It's amazing! I feel like my skin texture has become finer and more translucent. Even when I use it in the morning, it doesn't interfere with my makeup and keeps my skin moisturized all day. The scent is also great!
I've been using Aqua Label Oil-in until now. I used this after the Frankincense toner that came with it. I felt it was a little sticky, but after that it didn't bother me. The scent is nice and I feel like it's working just fine.
I thought I was buying a balm, but I ended up buying a cream instead, which turned out to be a delightful result! It's smooth and yogurt-like, spreads easily, and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. Best of all, it has a lovely herbal scent, and applying it after a bath really does make you feel soothed. Next time, I'll make sure to buy the balm to avoid the mistake♪
Although it's not the intended use, it's incredibly effective for persistent itching from insect bites and other bites. Since itching is apparently part of inflammation, perhaps it's also effective for sunburn and other inflammations? If you don't like the stinging sensation of insect bite medicine or have children who scratch their bites, be sure to give it a try!
