What it is

How to use
Before applying mascara, apply the product from the base of your eyelashes to the tips, lifting them upward. Then apply your mascara. When removing your makeup, gently rub it off with lukewarm water.

This is a dark blue mascara base. If you apply other mascaras on top, the base color won't be noticeable. It really adds volume to your lashes! The brush is thick, so it's easy to apply, but if you apply too much, it can clump, so it's best to use it sparingly.
I read the reviews and bought it with high hopes. Hmm... it seems to make my lashes feel quite rough when I apply mascara after it dries. It's better than nothing, but the product I used before this was far better. Unfortunately, I won't be buying it again.
