Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this to wash my face in the morning. I'm lazy, so a foam type is essential, and FANCL is the best. I always used to just wash my face with warm water, but I always woke up with a dull complexion, probably due to the oxidation of oils while I was sleeping. But since I started using a foaming face wash, I can now start my morning skincare routine with soft, supple, and bright skin.
I've tried a variety of foam cleansers because they're convenient, but I don't feel there's much difference between them when it comes to foam cleansers in the same price range, such as Curel, Matsuyama Oil & Fat (M Mark), and Soy Milk Isoflavone. Department store and doctor's cosmetics foam cleansers leave my skin feeling smooth after washing, and I can clearly see the effect on blackheads and pores, so I find the bubble-type ones a bit lacking for morning cleansing. The cost performance is excellent, so I think they're the best to use after your evening oil cleanser!

A facial cleanser that can be used by the whole family. It's convenient to keep in the bathroom! When you don't want to bother making bubbles or when you just want to get out of the shower quickly, it's quick to wash and easy to rinse. It has a gentle cleansing power and is fragrance-free, which is great. I think even men will be satisfied with the cleansing results. Fancl is great after all. Easy to use.
Currently, I use this product in the morning, which doesn't require much lathering, and at night, I use Fancl's Skin Conditioning Facial Wash. I prefer a less powerful cleanser in the morning, so I recommend this to people who are in the same situation. Previously, this product was only available at Fancl shops, but I'm glad that it's now available at drugstores too.
