What it is
A highly moisturizing line that moisturizes the inner dryness deep within the skin*, which is the cause of multiple skin problems such as dryness and uneven texture. The emulsion containing moisturizing ingredient jojoba oil envelops the skin and keeps it moisturized. It protects the skin from dryness and makes it plump. Recommended for normal, combination, and dry skin. *"Deep within the skin" refers to the stratum corneum.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the mini size and for about two days after using the refreshing type, the tip of my nose started to itch for some reason, which made me think it might be a problem, but it was fine. It may have been a hormonal imbalance that made me sensitive. I used it in March, but the moisturizing power was not enough for my inner dryness, even though it's midsummer and dry, so I won't be buying it again.
I've been using various FANCL products for a long time, but this toner in particular is safe for any skin condition. I have sensitive skin, and even the slightest thing can irritate it, so a toner like this is invaluable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin. I accidentally bought FANCL's Whitening Refresher before, but it immediately caused inflammation on my cheeks and chin, and even acne. It seems that for sensitive skin like mine, the Moisture Refining series, which contains as few ingredients as possible, is the best choice...I'll keep buying it!
I have oily skin, so I was looking for a non-greasy skincare product. I told the store clerk that my face was probably oily due to inner dryness, and he recommended the Moisture Refining series. When I started using it, it felt so refreshing and wonderful! Even a small amount seemed to penetrate my skin. The bottle was small, and it only contained a one-month supply, but I was impressed by the commitment to quality.
It's perfect for morning skincare! It helps prevent makeup from coming off! I use it in combination with the lotion as part of my morning skincare routine. Morning skincare is very important for oily skin, but I also want something that's not sticky and moisturizing! This lotion fulfills that wish! It's a refreshing type but still moisturizes well, so I was very surprised when I used it for the first time that it helped prevent makeup from coming off. It can be used all year round, and its moisturizing power is reliable regardless of the season! It's also great that it's additive-free and non-irritating!
I also tried the moisturizing version, but this one is as smooth as water. Even if you use a lot, it may not feel very moisturizing. However, it's not sticky and I think it's refreshing in the summer! I feel like the moisturizing version is more effective on pores.
