US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

Puissance Essence is a Japanese-made beauty serum containing four types of highly purified human stem cell culture fluid! The texture is slightly thick and smooth. It spreads well and blends well with the skin, so I like the feel. Since wearing a mask can be a bit of a concern around the eyes, I'll be focusing on using it there.
I bought this product because my parents and I wanted to stop our dry skin. I've found a serum that I think is truly amazing. My skin concerns are pores, redness, potential blemishes, and acne. The one serum that really works for me, that I feel so good after using, is Pionnier Cosmetique's "Puisence Essence." This serum contains four types of the much-talked-about human stem cell extract (made in Japan) and 15 active botanical ingredients. Each human stem cell extract has a different effect on the skin, addressing each individual concern. It's a smooth serum, and I use it between my usual toner and emulsion. Despite being a smooth serum, I noticed a noticeable improvement in my skin the next day, and the day after that. It just didn't feel right when I first used it, but as I continued to use it, I realized it was perfect for me and my pores, which have been bothering me for years, were gone. Huh? I definitely noticed that my makeup was going on better and smoother than usual. Previously, perhaps due to the mask rubbing against my skin, my foundation would fall into my pores more than ever when I wore makeup, but now it's less of a problem. I'm happy to think that maybe the unevenness of my pores has been smoothed out. I highly recommend it, so if you're concerned about it, give it a try!
