How to use
[Recommended Usage Instructions] 1. Spread the fluffy foam on your hands. Dispense an appropriate amount (1-2 pumps) and spread it over your hands. 2. Wash your entire hands thoroughly. Wash not only your palms, but also the backs of your hands, between your fingers, the tips of your fingers, and your wrists. 3. Rinse thoroughly. Rinse your hands thoroughly and dry them with a clean, dry towel. [For a comfortable experience. ] Cow Brand Additive-Free Foaming Hand Soap is free of preservatives and stabilizers. Do not mix other hand soaps or water into the container. When refilling, rinse the inside of the bottle and pump with tap water and allow to dry before refilling. When cleaning the pump, be careful not to press the pump too hard. Water getting inside may prevent the pump from producing foam. If clean foam is no longer produced after refilling, remove the pump from the bottle, turn it upside down, and press it several times.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
