US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

A liquid eyeliner with a wide variety of colors, thin and easy to apply, but unfortunately the amount is small
As expected, it doesn't come off at all! This is the first time I've ever had a product that didn't come off like this! I really like it. I'll buy it again.
I bought 16 MATTE LILAC. You need to shake the bottle before using it (I panicked when the color didn't come out because I didn't do this at first). You can use eyeshadow to draw eyeliner in a non-basic color, but liquid eyeliner gives a clearer color, so you can easily create unique makeup. It's stylish to draw eyeliner firmly with black eyeliner and then add this lilac parallel to the line drawn by flicking up the outer corner of the eye. Now that I know how to use it, I'd like to consider silver as well.
