US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

I bought this because I wanted to give my lips a healthy color even when wearing light makeup. I was torn between 01 and 03, but 01 looked a little bluish and I felt it was a bit strange, so I went with 03. The color is so natural that I've been using it every day!
I like the décolleté brand from Japanese brands. I get Blumper and my name engraved on it, and it's a cosmetic that lifts my spirits when I use it. The color is too dark when used alone, so lip balm is a must.
For lips? You can use a single color, but you can also change the nuance by combining it with what you have on hand.
It looks and feels cheap. The scent is unique and a bit addictive, like menthol. It feels refreshing and not tingly. It feels cool. I bought the sheer pink, but it looks like a light pink, and even my pale lips look plumper and more rosy when I apply it! It's also good that you can apply it without looking in the mirror.
It's good at moisturizing, but the apricot color is not that great. It's duller than it looks in the photo.
