Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

I like the décolleté brand from Japanese brands. I get Blumper and my name engraved on it, and it's a cosmetic that lifts my spirits when I use it. The color is too dark when used alone, so lip balm is a must.
COSME DECORTE Rouge Décolleté Tinted Plumper 02 Tulip Red is a very pretty sheer cherry red. It feels a little tingly when you apply it, but that quickly fades away. The tint effect lasts and it's more pigmented than a tinted lipstick, so just one quick swipe improves my complexion and makes it a very useful product. It doesn't have the typical floral scent of Décolleté lipsticks, so it's easy to wear even with a mask.
I've bought this product many times. It has a cooling sensation, moisturizing power, and also gives color, so it's great to have it on hand.
I used to use Dior's Addict Lip Glow, but my favorite color is only available for a limited time, so I decided to switch to Decollete, which is about 1,000 yen cheaper, and I bought it. This product is a plumper, so it makes your lips look plump and beautiful. The slight refreshing feeling of menthol gives it a refreshing feeling like lip balm. The color lasts well. I use Decollete for everyday use and don't use lipstick, but when I go out for special occasions, I use Dior's Addict Lipstick instead. I would like to buy it again.
