What it is

The formula "Plumping Moisture Treatment" contains APOM, a unique ingredient that is highly effective at locking in moisture in the lips, and vanillyl butyl, which gives a warm and comfortable feeling, for a refreshing and comfortable touch. It protects against roughness and dryness, while giving your lips a fresh, plump, firm look with a slight flush of color. Contains Hydro Stay Capsules. US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

The color is a cute pink. It's light and lasts a long time. The color doesn't last very long, but it glides on smoothly and prevents dryness, so that's a good thing. However, I don't think I'll be buying it again.
COSME DECORTE Rouge Décolleté Tinted Plumper 02 Tulip Red is a very pretty sheer cherry red. It feels a little tingly when you apply it, but that quickly fades away. The tint effect lasts and it's more pigmented than a tinted lipstick, so just one quick swipe improves my complexion and makes it a very useful product. It doesn't have the typical floral scent of Décolleté lipsticks, so it's easy to wear even with a mask.
It's so moisturizing! That's the best thing about it! It feels so good when you apply it, you end up applying it over and over again lol. I bought a light color, but it actually had a nice pigmentation, so it's easy to use at work.
