What it is
This is a pre-facelift serum from the medicated acne skin care "Clearful Series" that targets both the root cause of recurring acne and pores. It gently loosens stiff keratin, leaving skin smooth and less prone to clogged pores. By using it before lotion, it helps the lotion to blend into the skin, aiming for smooth skin that blends in easily. It also uses "Nano VC Shot Capsules" containing five Japanese and Chinese herbal ingredients and vitamin C derivatives, the same as those in the Clearful Series. It takes care of stiffness and prevents rough skin and acne. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I got a sample at the store and tried it out. I usually use Muji's serum, but Orbis's was smoother and seemed to penetrate faster. I couldn't really tell the effect after just one use.

I had saved up points, so I asked the lady at the Orbis store which one would be best for acne-prone skin, and she recommended this product, which I bought. My first impression was that the price was a little high for the amount. The texture is clear and thick, and when you dispense it onto your hand it spreads in a round, dense mass. I've heard that it's best to use two pumps on your entire face after washing your face and before applying lotion. My skin hasn't felt bad since using it. I'm also using Epiduo, so maybe that's working... If I stop using it and my skin condition worsens, I'll buy it again. At this point, I don't think I'll be buying it again?
It's a must-have product that I use every day. I hardly ever get rough skin or acne.
