What it is
This curler creates upward-curling eyelashes. It uses an original frame that was thoroughly researched to fit the roundness of the eyelids and the width of the eyes, and silicone rubber with moderate elasticity. It can curl even short eyelashes beautifully. It is designed to be gentle on the skin and prevent metal allergies* and has an antibacterial coating, so the metal does not come into direct contact with the skin. Country of origin: Taiwan *Please note that if the metal surface is scratched or rubbed with cleansing products, the anti-metal allergy and anti-bacterial effects may be lost.
Ingredients
How to use
(1) Lightly pinch the base of your eyelashes between the upper and lower frames and hold them in place for about 3 seconds, lifting them up. (2) Lightly pinch the center and tips of your eyelashes in order, gradually increasing the angle to curl them, and hold for about 3 seconds.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I used to use eyelash curlers from SHISEIDO and Shu Uemura, but due to my metal allergies, my eyes would swell on certain days, so I read reviews and decided to try Orbis, which is suitable for people with metal allergies. Since I started using this, my eyes definitely don't swell! They don't itch! I'm so impressed. The curve fits my eyes perfectly, and it's easy to use. However, I feel like the curl retention is weaker than the other two...I now need to use a mascara base.

I was looking for something suitable for people with metal allergies, and I settled on this one. The curve is deep, so it doesn't fit perfectly, but I curl my eyelashes in small increments. This means I don't have to use too much pressure, and my lashes don't fall out as often. The Fancl curlers I used before were easy to use, but they clamped tightly, so while I could hold my lashes without much pressure, they would sometimes pull out large clumps. As someone who can barely use popular curlers, I'm grateful for the reliable Orbis curlers.
Out of all the eyelash curlers I’ve used, the angle of this curler fits my eyes best. I’ve used most of the popular eyelash curlers, but they haven’t been able to curl either the most inner or most outer lashes - it’s either one or the other. After measuring my eyes’ arc and length, this curler fit my dimensions almost perfectly. The curler grabs all the hairs in one go and doesn’t require another mini curler to get the missing hairs.
It's easy to use, but it's a little big and difficult to line up properly.
