What it is
Fragrance-free, preservative-free, weakly acidic, RITP tested This is a simple and minimalist lotion that is carefully formulated with sensitive skin in mind, eliminating any irritating ingredients and carefully selecting only the essentials. It has a smooth, non-sticky texture, but after application, you will feel a moisturizing sensation. It is also recommended to use as a "resting skin care" when your skin is sensitive due to masks, pollen, allergies, etc. We recommend that customers with particularly sensitive skin apply it gently with their hands. *RITP test. allergy test.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin, and the products I've found to be gentle on the skin don't have much moisturizing power, so I was looking for something more moisturizing and gentle on the skin. This product is perfect for me, and when used with the serum, it's even more moisturizing and doesn't irritate my skin.
I used to have inner dryness and fairly oily skin, but lately, maybe due to age, it's been getting drier, which is actually a good thing. There's nothing special about using this lotion, and it doesn't have any special effects, or make my skin feel dry the next day. It's very smooth and light to use. When I wake up with my usual skincare routine, my skin feels dry and flaky, and I feel like it's not enough.
