Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's good value for money and comes off cleanly. I also like that it's OK to use with wet hands.
I was curious and looked into it, but I didn't find anywhere that it said that double cleansing isn't necessary, so I guess it only has a cleansing function. It would be better if it didn't require cleansing, but I highly recommend it for those who like double cleansing! Just lightly swirl it around and it removes makeup effortlessly. It has a strong cleansing power but doesn't make your skin feel tight, and it feels like it clears out pores, which is great!
This cleansing oil has a very deep cleansing power, so it removes makeup as well as you'd expect. It lifts makeup without scrubbing, so you can use it every day without worrying too much about the burden on your skin.
It's easy to buy at the drugstore and has a pump, so it's easy to use! Its light texture removes even hard-to-remove eye makeup, but I've started using it less recently because I now have eye removers.
It removes makeup well and doesn't sting the eyes, which is great. It's also good value for money, so I keep buying it.
