I have medium-length, thin hair with perm and color damage. I've been using L'Occitane and JILL hair creams, but since L'Occitane's new product, the scent seems unpopular... JILL's scent is nice, but it's a smooth one, so I like moisturizing products and it wasn't quite satisfying for me, so I bought this one. The scent isn't really apricot-y, but rather a strong, natural rose scent, like dried flowers. The scent lingers even after application, so those who don't like rose might not like it. This milky-colored cream has a moisturizing texture that spreads easily and isn't sticky, which I like. Those who prefer smoother hair might find it sticky, but it moisturizes dry hair all day long. It doesn't completely remove damage, but it does help reduce frizz, which is great. I wish they came out with other scents too.
I used it after a bath, and after about five days, my hair texture changed and became so smooth that I no longer needed to use conditioner! The scent is herbal and very gentle. I recommend warming it up a little in your palms before applying.
☆ I hate the stickiness of leave-in treatments for bleached and fine hair, but this product is not sticky and spreads well, leaving a smooth finish. It has a nice feel and the scent is organic and floral, so it may be a matter of personal preference.
I use it twice a day, in the morning before styling my hair and after taking a bath before drying it! In winter, my hair tends to get dry, so using it in combination with the hair mist and oil works well. It's thicker and heavier than I expected, and doesn't stretch very well.
The quality and moisture of my hair after waking up is completely different from when I didn't use it. I recommend using it together with the mist.
