Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like enzyme facial cleansers and use them about once a week. I've been using Suisai recently, but I ran out of it at home, so I happened to see this one at the supermarket and bought it. I've only used it twice so far, but it lathers better than Suisai, creating a thick, fluffy lather. My skin feels smoother and more comfortable after washing. It's also cheaper than Suisai, so I prefer this one.
It leaves your skin feeling refreshed and doesn't have a sweet smell, so it's perfect for summer. It also has a strong cleansing power, so it removes blackheads from your nose right after washing, and doesn't bother you until you go to bed at night.
Enzyme facial cleansers really do cleanse well and clear pores! I don't keep one in the bathroom so I often forget about it, but as the weather gets hotter and more humid, my face will start to get oilier, so I'd like to start using it!
I love this brand's soap-type face wash and cleanser and have bought them countless times, but when I found out they also had a powder-type face wash, I immediately bought one. I love the green apple-like scent, and the individual packaging makes it easy to use, so I really like it.
My open pores have become smaller. The cleansing power seems to be quite strong. Even my regular lotion makes my skin tingle. I use it the day before going out.
