How to use

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Even though it's a cream, it's not sticky, so it's easy to put on makeup in the morning.
I bought it for the second time because it keeps my skin moisturized without drying it out until the next morning. I also like that it's not sticky, but since winter is coming up, I'd like to continue using it and see if the moisturizing effect is satisfactory.
I used to use the entire line, but now I only use Ultimune and the cream. The daytime product has a strange, solid texture—like a soufflé or buttercream?—so a spatula is essential. It blends in softly and lightly on the skin. It feels very light on the skin. It also contains SPF, which gives me peace of mind. My skin is thin and not very moisturizing, so I used to struggle with dryness in the evenings, but since switching to this product, my skin has stayed moisturized for a long time. I like using a cream in the morning, too, so it's great that it combines emulsion and cream. I also like how it blends in easily with the next product, like a makeup primer. However, like the nighttime product, the container is large (compared to the contents) and too round, making it difficult to handle. I wish it was made more compact.
It's the season when dryness is a concern, so I use it before applying foundation.
I applied it in the morning and it kept my skin moisturized until the evening! The scent is not too strong and just right! I think it's good value for money!
